This option is for investors that will only make a few offers per month.  If you have been making offers and just need a POF to make sure your offer gets accepted, then this is the best option for you.  Having a Proof Of Funds will help your offers get accepted more often!  We will verify your POF with any Realtor or seller that contacts us.

We will provide you with up to 4 Proof Of Funds per month.   If you need more than 4 Proof Of Funds per month, please consider a higher level of service.  We have other monthly plans available.   You must make your offers in the name of your entity.  We do not offer Proof Of Funds to individuals – only to entities.  You must designate one entity name for the POF.  Your POF will come from IMC Money – A nationally know lender that has been in business for nearly 30 years.  This will help dramatically help your Real Estate business.   Not all Proof Of Funds requests will be granted.  Your deal must pencil out and make financial sense.  We do not offer POF for owner occupied properties.

Please do not make your offer “Subject to Financing”.  You should continue to make offers as you were trained.  We reply to all request within 24 hours not including Saturday or Sunday.
